We enjoyed our stay at Shoreline Towers, Unit 1034. The unit is nice, however, there were a couple of maintenance issues. One was resolved during our stay, the other was not.Oven door handle fell off, we were unable to use the oven the entire week!! Free beach setup is a plus!! Nice to have chairs and umbrella set out daily!

It had broken with the last renters and we ordered the part and as we all know, right now, parts are back ordered throughout the country, so we do ask for patience when it comes to things like this. Fantastic Access to the Beach - Great Customer Service!

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean, and we loved the easy access to the beach. Super convenient! The beach service was very nice, however, one afternoon we were rushed out of our chairs. My little piece of Heaven

Destin is our favorite vacation spot. It's where I get my sanity back! The last couple of years we have stayed in different condos/locations throughout Destin and Miramar. We absolutlely loved Shoreline Towers 1034. Free beach setup is also a must for us, and this unit included it. Overall, the unit was great. Newly remodeled which we enjoyed. The main/guest bathroom could use some updating, but overall was great for our teenagers. The Master Bath was wonderful. We loved everything about that bathroom. We did have a few bed linens that were stained or dirty and I did wash all of the floor mats in the bathrooms and kitchen. The unit had an odor when walking in, but we bought some candles (and left those for the next guests :) ) but after a few days, it went away. I would suggest that maybe its coming from the "laundry room". That room had an odor that lasted throughout our stay. I also particularly loved that the unit had a screen door. I love being able to leave my front door open at home and see out, so that was a wonderful/familiar feature I enjoyed. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and in this unit. The beds were comfortable, the unit was great, the grounds were well kept and the beach service was excellent. I would suggest maybe updating the check-in/check-out procedures. Places we've stayed in the past have coded door locks and everything is sent prior to your stay via email. I know not all places are like that, but the last several years we've only had door codes / gate codes and never stopping by an office to get keys or drop keys off. That would definitely not be our make or break decision, but those things are nice "features". But it is also nice to have an office on site should an immediate issue/need arise.

Nice large condo

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! This condo was very spacious and well stocked. Very close to fantastic restaurants and activities. The only issue we had was that our washer was leaking quite a bit of water and we had to have a maintenance man come out and check things out. He couldn’t get it fixed and after he left we never heard from anyone about what was being done regarding the washer. One reason we rented this condo was b/c it had a washer and dryer in it. We had to call down to the office and ask them what was going on and we were told it would be replaced by the end of the week. We left on Saturday and it hadn’t been replaced yet. We ended up having to wash our clothes in the public laundry rooms which thankfully, were right down the hall. Other than that, everything was perfect. There was a ramp all the way down to the beach which was fantastic b/c our son is in a wheelchair.

We stay at Shoreline properties twice a year and have been in many condos. This condo is by far our favorite. Kitchen was fully stocked with enough dishes, tastefully decorated and not overcrowded with stuff. The only issue was the washer leaked (being replaced) so we couldn't use it but Shoreline was so helpful dealing with this from the maintenance staff, housekeeping to the awesome ladies in the office. We have already booked two trips in 2019 in this condo. Thank you Beth and Bruce for sharing your slice of heaven.

Enjoyed the condo very much despite the bad weather for two days. The condo was very well maintained despite the uncomfortable mattresses. The washer leaked when we did laundry but not so bad it could not be cleaned easily. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay in 1034 and would certainly consider staying in it again next year.

the condo was beautiful and everything was new.I wish it was on the 12th floor, the view of the gulf would be great. It had everything you needed. very clean too.

A great stay in destin fl.

Overall Comment
We had a great time! The view was awesome and the condo was even nicer than we expected! We watched a wedding from our balcony one evening and the staff was very helpful when we had questions . The only downfall was the smaller beach area , but it was only really crowded one out of four days. Overall I would give it 4 stars !

They have added so many features it is hard to mention them all. The dates of your visit were when we had a lot of high tides and unfortunately that pushed back where the beach chairs could be set up. Beautifully furnished and very clean. The bed in the master was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The view was lovely and the beach pristine. I can't wait to visit again for longer then a weekend!
