Overall Comment
The office agents are really helpful in matching a unit to your planned stay. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Shoreline Towers, and even with construction updates happening all around, we have really enjoyed the complex. Management has always been very responsive when small issues arise, and the pricing they offer is quite a bit lower than if you try to rent through other agencies or owners

This is a beautiful condo with fantastic views of the gulf. The free beach service provided by the owner, was a fabulous bonus! The only thing I could knock this condo for, was the smell when we first arrived. It was so musty smelling. Almost like it had been closed up for a while. It didn't last long though. We got it aired out in no time. Over all this is a beautiful condo to stay in!

The condo was clean and friendly, and the beach was beautiful, as expected. After staying and paying a premium price, I felt misled as the renovations I was told were not happening to Shoreline Tower 1 during my stay, which was a complete lie. After the first day, the workers covered our primary bedroom window and blocked our view, going up and down on the scaffold all day. The noise was all day long and even heard from the beach through most of the day. The unit directly above was under construction and made a ton of noise throughout the night. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had known the extent of the renovations and told my building was getting the work done.
I feel I overpaid for the week.

I am sorry to hear that you felt misled by the renovations that are going on here at Shoreline Towers. However, you were notified when you made the reservation by email again 1 month prior to your arrival in regard to updates on renovations taking place. As far as renovations taking place in Tower 1, they are still working on the 3-bedroom units on the back side of the tower. But all 2-bedroom condos are finished, and balconies are open. Also, you did get a lower rate on your room. Back in February we lowered our rental rates to a renovations discount. I do wish that you would of reach out to us in regard to the unit above you making noise at night we could have contacted security and handled that situation and contact the renters or the owner to ask them to be more considerate to guest below them. I do hope that you will give Shoreline Towers another chance in the future once renovations are complete.

Beautiful accommodations! Loved it and will definitely be back . The only complaints were the floors were not clean ( food participles on the floor in front of couch and looking into the bedroom from the living room , tge floor was very dirty and dusty under the bed with food particles on the floor by the nightstand ) and the toe stop drains in both bathrooms woukdnt hold water in the tubs . My husband replaced the master bath so I could enjoy the wonderful tub ! The condo was gorgeous! The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Can’t wait to come back !

My wife and I and another couple arrived the weekend before Spring Break and check in was smooth. We were handed the key at the gate, which was nice after a long day of travel. We loved the location with the easy access to the beach. The facility was clean and tidy. There was only 1 dishwasher packet for the week, but we were able to track down the cleaning personel and they gave us more. Staff was very friendly. In the master shower we did notice that the plumbing was needing to be secured to the wall better (looked like it had come loose on the bottom attachment). Other than that everything was great and we'd book again. Lot's of places to eat close by and the beach itself was wonderful. We also appreciated having grills on the grounds, but they all need maintenance. We grilled out once, but had to light it manually. Also, beautiful view, which was appreciated by all.

I loved the homeliness of this condo. The decor was absolutely beautiful. The furniture was nice, but the LR could use an updating to the couch/ love seat. Not horrible, but definitely not in the status of the rest of the home furnishings. I can definitely see the pride in ownership. That pride trickled through us as guests. We wanted to keep it beautiful. The view is wonderful. Beach access is just a short walkway away. The grounds are well kept. We had a great time here at Shoreline Towers 1104. We had a wonderful view from the balcony and the condo was very nice and spacious. However, the furniture needed to be replaced mainly in the living room, dining room chairs and the balcony furniture. My son did say the sofa sleeper was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Due to the covid we eat in most every day, however, we can't miss out dinner at the Louisiana Lagniappe which is our favoriate place. The property was kept up nicely and the free beach setup was wonderful. Also, due to the covid, we mainly stay on the beach every day and enjoyed our nights as a family in the condo. We did try to play tennis, but the lights only worked on one end. Even though there were a few things that needed attention, we have a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time at Shoreline Towers! The view was fantastic and the unit included everything we needed to cook our own meals. The unit did have a few problems though. The guest bed was broken where it fits into the frame and we had to do a makeshift repair. The master bed was very much in need of a new mattress. A nice addition to the unit would be a CD player-very unusual that a unit doesn't have one. But overall, we did not let these things ruin our trip - still a great place and with a few things taken care of I would love to go back!

This is a very nice updated unit. It contained everything needed for an enjoyable stay. This is a large complex but it did not seem crowded. The pool is very nice and well kept. Overall this is a good place to stay. We were very pleased with this unit and the complex.

Our stay at Shoreline Towers was amazing. The condo was very up to date decorated and had everything anyone needed to make it feel like a home away from home.The condo was very clean and well maintained. There were many activities and restaurants within a few miles. Harbor Docks,Boshamps,Mardi Gras Parade,Putt Putt,Boat rentals,Baytowne and many more were all great. Our unit was amazing! Very clean, up to date and modern.

The location was perfect, just hop, skip and jump away from the beach. The condo was super clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. Only complaint would be that we thought the guest room was suppose to have two double beds and instead had a very comfortable king bed which was a little disappointing considering we had three girls and boy but we made it work out for our family and would rent the same unit again in the future. Our stay in Destin was awesome!

We have a baby and got sick while she was there but it was still nice to be able to see the ocean from our balcony so we could enjoy some of it. We have no complaints and had a great time. Thank you and we will be back. The only issue we had was with the guards checking in. They were unorganized and needed more training.
