A Wonderful Relaxing Place to Stay in Destin

Overall Comment
This was our fourth year to spend the month of February at Shoreline Towers. It's a quiet relaxing place in the midst of Destin. The people are very nice to work with and take care of your needs promptly. The units are roomy and clean. They also have a pool, workout room, tennis courts, etc. in addition to being next to the beach. We highly recommend it and plan to return next year.

We have been coming to Shoreline Towers for over 10 years. This was the 1st time we stayed in a different unit and it was amazing! Very open, clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and the beds were cloudlike! The views were amazing! The construction wasn't disruptive at all.

Our accommodations were excellent! The mattresses were very comfortable, and living room area had good seating. The outdoor furniture was much better than other units we have rented. The decor was eye appealing and “beachy” which we loved! The price was more than triple from the previous year when we could rent monthly in March, not weekly rental as this stay. The pool was beautiful as always. The grills did not work well at all, despite reporting the problem. The only regret was all the renovation noise, which we knew in advance and that is why we chose tower 3. We even had repairs on our floor several days that were noisy. Not sure where we will rent next March due to tower 3 renovations.

I was not told that there would be major construction when I rented the until. The condo itself was terrific the construction noise was horrible. It's unfair not to let the person who is leasing the unit make a decision whether they want to rent during construction or not. I would have chosen another property had I known.

I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the condo 3084 itself. It sure is a beautiful condo. However, we advertise on our website and on every unit that there are renovations going on, on the property. However, they were not working in the tower that you were staying in. They currently are in tower 1 and 2. I am sorry that the noise of the renovations was bothersome, but we also send out renovation letters to every guest when they book to make them also aware of what is going on right now on our property. We do hope that you will come back and stay with us again in the future once this project is done.

We have stayed at Shoreline Towers before, but in building 2. This unit was honestly even better! We had a fantastic view of the gulf, being able to look down the shoreline without another building in the way. We have 2 young kids so being closer to the pool was a plus. The condo was impeccable in both cleanliness and decor. My son loved the nautical theme, which he dubbed the pirate condo! The furniture was both beautiful and kid friendly. We appreciated the beach service that was included, and you couldnt beat the location as stores and restaurants were just down the road. Being on Gulf Shore Drive is also nice because it keeps you out of the crazy traffic that Destin has every summer. We loved our visit and will definitely stay again!

It is close to the pool and only six car lengths from the sidewalk to the beach walkover. The view are great from the 8th floor, you can see the lights East of Destin at night instead of looking at the black Gulf of Mexico and the balconies get sunshine all day long. Best experience EVER!!!The only thing is the condo could of been a little cooler, don't think the AC was working at its best.

Overall Comment
Our family of eleven stayed in two different condos at Shoreline Towers. 3084 was remodeled and had a much larger kitchen which enabled us to prepare meals with greater ease. It also had a tile floors and remodeled baths which were very nice. The beach access was so easy to get to as well as the pool. Checking in and out was seamless. We would difinitely stay here again. Our only disappointment was Tropical Storm Cindy which cut our time in the ocean down to only two days.

Mrs. Strickland I knew you would love Shoreline Towers 3084. The homeowners spared no expense and it is a wonderful unit with all the comforts of home, everything new and very large walk in showers. We are sorry you had to experience Tropical Storm Cindy but being on the eighth floor you had a really good view of the beach and Gulf.
