The condo was the perfect size for our family of four (2 kids and 2 adults). We love how easy it is to get to the beach and absolutely love the view from the condo! The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need for cooking, etc. The place is overall super cozy and has everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach!

Great condo. Wonderful beach views. Lots of construction, but the noise wasn’t too bad. Little to no handicap parking due to construction made getting into and out of the building somewhat of a challenge. One elevator down for repair also increased wait times to go up or down. Overall this is a great place to stay. Wonderful owner and property management staff and great amenities! 3rd year staying here and will be back for a 4th.

I exchanged few emails and spoke with Anne to reserve unit. Everything was as promised.
Unit was comfortable, clean and quiet. Beach set up was nice and really helpful for family with little kids. We lost our key and had to pay $20. A week or so later the key was found in a unit where our friends stayed. Management called us to let us know and refunded money. Not a huge deal but really nice of them. In overall liked ou stay. Will for sure come back.

Our family of six had a great visit. The highlights:
-- Beautiful unit, nicely furnished, very clean. The pictures are accurate.
-- The view is spectacular. We opened the door wall at mealtimes and enjoyed the sound of the surf and fresh air. We watched dolphins and pelicans and schools of fish navigate the coastline.
-- The workout room had everything we needed and was very clean. Usually, we were the only users in the facility or sharing with just one other person.
-- Checkin and checkout were hassle-free.
-- Common areas were very clean. Maintenance staff were constantly on site taking care of the halls, elevator areas and trash receptacles.
-- Every morning, the on-site beach service would set up two chairs plus an umbrella for us on the beach. This was GREAT and saved us from bringing extra gear from home.
-- We would visit again. The unit and complex were great and the sugar sand beach wasn't too crowded. Most of the people we encountered at this facility and at the private beach were families with kids.
-- Family-friendly.

We have stayed at Shoreline Towers many times, and have enjoyed them all in different ways. This is a very nice condo. The only complaint would be the noise from the condo above us. I guess the only way to avoid this would be to stay on the floor above us.
