We had a wonderful time the condo was beautiful and looks just like the pictures even prettier. We was treated wonderful by Ashley and Sharon and the staff. We was supposed to be in another condo but the balcony was closed and Ashley went above and beyond to place us in another area with a opened balcony and believe me was absolutely beautiful.

Great view, but just a few things to consider. This unit is on the 9th floor and there is no washer or dryer. There were supposed to be coin operated washers and dryers on each floor so we thought ok...we would deal with it. The 9th floor washer was out of order...we started to walk down from floor to floor and either they had signs "out of order" were removed or unplugged...we continued down all the way to the 3rd floor before we found one that worked... very inconvenient. We originally found the carpets had stains, but Shoreline Towers had them cleaned and improved immensely! This condo has the best views in our opinion. Great beds, even though the unit has not been redone for some time, it has a sweet beachy feeling. I would suggest to the owners make repairs to the ceilings. The beach feeling is really nice however! Please consider a washer and dryer but we really love this place!

My family and I have been renting this unit every time we go to florida. The other time the unit has been great very clean and wthout any problems. This past week that we stayed there, the master shower didnt work, the carpet had a big spot of wet water. They tried to dry it but they left a fan running 3 days that we were there so it was alot of noise. In my opinion I believe the unit should be checked and let the renters know ahead of their arrival so they could be aware. One shower for 8 people made things so hard due to use making line to take a shower. A good discount should be added or a small refund would be good.

Unfortunately, the master tub/shower was under repair/construction and unusable. This left just one shower for 8 women. Very nice area but the carpets were dirty when we arrived and the kitchen faucet was basically just sitting there. It was broke. Dining room chairs needed cleaning and a hole in back of one. They did come clean carpets. Very bad stain spots on carpets. We hope to return again.

Our group had a fantastic time visiting Destin.
The condo was perfectly located within walking distance to many restaurants and retail, ocean views were amazing and staff was friendly .
The unit was clean ( could use some new carpet as stains are in many places in bedrooms) .
Conveniently located near laundry room and trash compactor:) very short distance from unit. If you want to fish just go down and pick a spot on the beach. We watched my husband fishing many mornings catching fish from the patio several days.
We would recommend staying here and hope to be back one day ourselves.

We loved our stay in Destin. You can’t beat the views at this condo. The staff were nice when we were able to talk them. But they weren’t always available and the pool was closed a lot. And pool was not in very nice location. But those are only complaints.

When you arrived we gave you the packet with Security's number and they could have called. Yes, the pool was closed because storms dumped so much rain water that the chemicals were out of balance and the Health Department requires all levels to be accurate for safety. First Trip to Destin

We stayed at Shoreline Towers at the recommendation of a co-worker. The location was central to a lot of things so the location was nearly perfect. Tower 2 did show some age, but nothing that detracted from our vacation. On site parking was fine, never had a problem finding a spot. The unit itself was clean and roomy, but did show some age. Hallway and bedrooms were carpeted which did show signs that it had been down a while. My biggest concern to share would be that the tables had glass tops. Three of us all ended up with shins when we hit the corner of the glass top coffee table. The corners are sharp, not rounded. Therefore, this unit is definitely not for young children with the current furnishings. That isn't to say this was not a nice unit with a lot of positives like the patio and the view. The beds, particularly the master, were also very comfortable. The fact it included a beach setup was also a positive. Overall, it was a really enjoyable vacation. I would stay at Shoreline Towers again. I would also rent 2096 again, but I would still probably look at what else was available.

Shoreline is the best. Our condo was wonderful. To watch the sunset from our living room each night was a looked forward too blessing. We have friends there to see each year as we return. Awesome Location and View of the Beach!

We took a family vacation with my dad who's 80 and not able to be outside in the sun for extended periods of time. Sitting on the couch with this view was just as good as sitting on the beach. He could watch the grandkids playing and also stay out of the extreme heat. The condo was more than sufficient for six of us, but could have easily accommodated more since there are two full beds in each of the guest rooms. It was very easy to get up and down to the eighth floor and we rarely had to wait for the elevator. The bathrooms are big and the water pressure is awesome! The pool was also very nice, but we had rain almost everyday. The beach is literally right behind the condo. Would stay again!

Enjoyed vacationing in Destin. The condo was perfect for us--provided great views of the beach and very comfortably accommodated our family of 8. We loved the personal decorated paintings provided by the owner which helped give the condo an even greater feeling of a beach home. We will definitely visit again.

Amazing views and great location

This was our first trip to Destin with our family.This condo 2096 was amazing,the very es was like a picture.We could look out our window everyday and see dolphins and in the evening we were able to see mana rays it was truly the best and most amazing vacation.The staff was so friendly and so helpful as well and the beach setup was amazing.Thank you so much.

This condo is the perfect beach rental! It had an open and spacious kitchen/living area with an amazing view of the ocean! The bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the master bedroom had another fabulous view of the ocean. The beach chair set-up was extremely helpful! We loved having a high-end beach umbrella and chairs already set up for us when we walked down to the beach. We will definitely be staying in this condo again when we return to Destin!

This condo is the perfect beach rental! It had an open and spacious kitchen/living area with an amazing view of the ocean! The bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the master bedroom had another fabulous view of the ocean. The beach chair set-up was extremely helpful! We loved having a high-end beach umbrella and chairs already set up for us when we walked down to the beach. We will definitely be staying in this condo again when we return to Destin!

There is a large pantry, the kitchen is equipped with great cookware and beautiful dishes,flatware, & glasses. Entertaining for about 15 would be good. Kitchen is great to work in.
