Unit was exactly as described. There was renovations going on but they did not disturb our stay. Beautiful condo and beaches and not crowded at all. Pool was heated which was a plus. Great restaurants close by. We will return to Shoreline Towers.

We had a great vacation overall. There were a few issues that we had. When we booked the condo it stated it had a sleeper sofa. I guess they upgraded but did not change the description and it did not have a sleeper sofa so someone slept on the couch all week. The location was great! Having the beach setup made it so much easier!

Nice place to stay but Tower 3 has owner Mr." CASH "using all the convenient parking spaces. The star office staff, maintenance staff are great to work with.
The owner needs to replace the refrigerator and Range. Both are old. Refrigerator shelf door is broke and not replaced after it was turned in.. Main Refrigerator door does not close correctly. Nice unit to rent.

Unit was clean and close to the beach. Sliding door to balcony was very difficult to open and vertical blinds were in very poor repair with several missing and one falling off during our stay. overall pleasant stay until 6th day when power went out for 4 hours. unfortunately this unit is on the 10th floor and with no elevator for twelve hours, we had to hike the stairs several times. Location was good, close to everything we needed.

I dealt straight with the owner of this condo, who was very nice and gave me a good deal on the rental. The condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The unit was presented as ocean front, while I consider it to be ocean view since there are two other buildings between this condo and the ocean. It is still however a short walk to the beach. The beach and water were georgeous. We met several of the other guest who were all very friendly and seemed to promote a good family atmosphere. If you like to bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas your beach space is very limited due to the beach rental service hogging up the majority of space putting out their own chairs and umbrellas, which a good portion was never used. All in all it was a very nice place in a great location.

The condo was very well stocked - the kitchen amenities were great and had everything we needed. It was really nice to drink coffee on the patio and watch the ocean. The best part was the beach. The condo was right on the beach and it was a private beach area. Really easy to zip back into the condo if you forgot something and head right back to the beach. We went ahead and did the chair rental service. It hurt a little to pay the prices (about $175 for four chairs and an umbrella for the week - there is a discount for multiple days) but it was very convenient to walk down to the beach everyday and have the chairs and umbrella set up and waiting for you - and the chairs were good beach chairs - so we definitely thought it was worth it in the end.Location of the condo was nice - within a very short walking distance to a Target, Winn Dixie and Walgreens but set back from the road to not have the noise and felt nicely isolated. Would definitely rent again.

I will definitely recommend Shoreline and condo 3103 to friends and family. The only problem is that the condo was not up to our expectations on cleanliness. Destin has so much to offer in dining, shopping and activites for the entire family. I have only been to Destin once for a quick family wedding 5 years ago. We had a wonderful vacation at Shoreline Towers! The condo was beautiful and in a PERFECT location. The beach access was amazing and the staff was gracious and very helpful. We are already planning to return and are telling all our friends about Shoreline Towers.

Beautiful Beach Great Condo

Overall Comment
This condo was clean and equipped with nice decor and everything you need for a home. The condo is one of three complexes called "Shoreline Towers". This condo was the furthest back from the beach, but still had excellent views of the ocean. The only time you could " hear" the ocean was late at night on the balcony. It has a private beach and perfect for families. It felt like a very safe place as it is a secured entrance. We were there during peak season and the beach was not at all too busy. There is also a nice pool, but with clear water and the fine white sand of the beach, we barely used it. This was one of the nicest beaches and clear water I have visited in the states. Our 4 sons ranging in age from 9 to 16 loved this place. It is also very close to anything you would want to do in Destin. We were not disappointed!

The condo was great. I feel the floors could have been cleaner but overall we were very pleased and would stay in this condo again. I went through the owners and not the rental agency and I had a great experience.

Be sure to bring extra toilet paper and dish soap (no soap provided). Could use some additional shower soap as well.
