Mind Body Brew

Destin Brewery next Mind Body Brew will be held on Thursday evening, September 28th at 5:30pm at the Destin Brewery. The event will be held during the breweries big Oktoberfest event. Bring your mats, balance and love for craft beer!

What is Mind Body Brew? It’s a flow of exercises that helps to improve balance, strength and flexibility all while enjoying your favorite craft beer. This unique combination began in Germany of course! Giving craft beer connoisseurs that are seeking to reflect on the flavors of the brew while improving their flexibility and strength a proper outlet to do so.  

The Destin Brewery now offers this Mind Body Brew experience! Where Blonde Ales and IPA’s meet Chair Pose and forward folds in this 45 minute session. Drinking beer is incorporated into the postures in what is sure to be one of the most entertaining Mind Body classes you’ve had in a while! 

Get your Zin and Craft Beer in at the Destin Brewery’s Mind Body Brew on Thursday, September 28th at 5:30pm. The cost is $10 a class which includes a pint of beer. Beginners are welcome! 

The Destin Brewery is located at 505 Mountain Drive in Destin, Florida. The brewery is located in the warehouse district behind Emerald Coast Scuba and Taco Bell.
